Service fees are charged for consultation time, expertise, and support provided.
2. No Guarantee of Admission
We do not guarantee:
- admission confirmation
- scholarship approval
- placement opportunities
- university decisions
All admission decisions are solely controlled by the respective institutions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in cases where:
- payment was made incorrectly due to technical error
- duplicate payments occurred
All approved refunds are subject to internal review.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- counseling fees
- consultation fees
- application assistance fees
- processing charges
- service fees after work has commenced
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take:
- 7–14 business days
depending on banking/payment processing timelines.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and legal recovery action where applicable.
